Josh Humphries

Product Development Manager

Josh is responsible for the development of the Orion solution and putting in Place Business Processes and systems for the development team.

Previous to Workstar Josh was project manager and product development manager for the learning platforms group at an elearning company responsible for managing the ongoing development of customised learning and development portals and content management systems for clients including the Commonwealth Bank, EMC, HP, Canon and other key clients. Including the design and implementation of CBAs online product accreditation program and EMCs Asia Pacific channel partner training management system.

Josh also had a contract role working with the Vice-Chancellor and the senior executive of the RMIT and the University of Queensland to develop a strategic framework and high level project plan to establish a new Design Institute at the University aimed at promoting engagement between the University, industry and the community. This included working on the initial stages of the construction of the “Design Hub” on Melbourne’s CUB site and working with academics and key executives to develop a framework for the educational and research programs to be delivered by the Institute.
